• Disability access welcome yet limited, please enquire with host.

• Reasonably quiet hours after 11:00pm.

• Parking is on street only (Free council parking).

• You are encouraged to contact the host for any queries you may have.

• Pets, please enquire with host. (Pet derived cleanliness is the responsibility of the owner).

Checking In / Out

• Check-In time after 2:00pm. Unless pre-organised time with host.

• Turn off all lights and any general appliances.

• Please leave room generally clean.

• Notify host of departure.
